mickeys backyard bbq?

Has anyone ever done this. My soon to be DH and I always do hoop de doo revue and love it but were considering doing the bbq this november. Can someone please give me some information? Thanks!

If it is just you 2 adults, then I'd stick with the HDD or try something different, but I don't think I'd do the BBQ. It's not that you wouldn't have a good time, I'm sure you would, but IMO, it is geared more towards young children.

Why not try a nice meal at one of Disney's finer restaurants if you don't want to do HDD again?

we already have all our ADR's made, and three include signature dining. We were able to come a night early and I want to do something fun, not fancy....maybe we'll just stick with HDD

i agree w/MELSMICE. we have done the bbq, keep in mind it is held outside. we went in december and while not cold it was chilly. although the food at the HDD is not what is classified as gourmet, we found it better than that served at the bbq. have a great trip!

We did BBQ last year and I regretted the 2 TS it cost us. It was November and cold that night. My kids were not interested in the characters. It was typical picnic food. BBQ chicken, ribs, hotdogs, beans, potato salad and dry cake. I really wish we had done the Hoop-de-doo
