Mickey's Backyard BBq reservations questions

I noticed when you reserve M's BBQ, you have to pay up front at time of reservation. Is there a refund for cancellation? I didn't see any details on the cancellation and was afraid to book it for December. Also, how long is the dining experience? And if you have to pay in advance, how do we use the dining plan for it? Thanks

I believe if you are canceling within a set time they will refund you your money. I'm not sure if its 48 hours or 5 days. I think bc its a special dining show it might be 5 days, but I'm sure if you call Disney Dining they will be able to tell you.

1) The cancellation is 48-hours.
2) Not midnight two days, hence.
3) Many people have been caught by this error, and suffered by not getting a refund.
4) For refunds, they give it back in the method you paid (credit card, DDP-coupons, etc)

It's a 1 day cancellation policy for the dinner shows, unless it changed recently. It's right in the Guest Policies that you need to accept, on the same page that you enter your contact information.
