mickey's backyard bbq -- in the summer?

Hey guys! Anyone done Mickey's bbq? And in the summer?? If so, how was it? Did you wish you were at a table service place with a/c??

we went in June and it was fine. We all really enjoyed it!!!

When we went it was the end of May, and it was hot all day, but about a half hour before it started (right as we got to FW) there was a deluge!! :eeek: So instead of hot, it was steamy. LOL

I can't say that we really enjoyed this - as much as we'd looked forward to it. It was the only meal that we wished we'd skipeed...and thought about what we could have done with all that money instead. (There were 6 of us.)

It was definitely not worth it to us & we'd never do it again, but YMMV.

We went at the end of July. It was hot and a long walk from the boat w/o our stroller. This was the only thing we were disappointed with in 3 trips to Disney. I would much rather spend the $ on a character dinner with airconditioning in a more centralized location. That is what we do now.
