mickey wedding ears

does anyone know how much these cost to buy in the parks and which shops sell them? i want to get some for our wedding and have seen them on ebay but not sure how much i should be looking to pay for them. also have seen some places on the net selling them but, being from the UK, we tend to get ripped off when it comes to posting things over.

When I went last time I think they were 10.00 a piece. I remember them being cheaper in the parks than what I saw on ebay at the time. sometimes you have to watch that. Plus, don't forget that those things don't fit everyone's heads. We have heads that could possibly not fit, so we are waiting till we get there to see if they'll work or not before we spend the money.

they sell the mickey/minnie wedding ears at downtown disney, i remember seeing them in the back of the christmas store where they do custom embroidery. last time i was there, i believe they were $12.00 each. they have tons of wedding items at downtown disney, i purchased a cake server/knife set at the art of disney store at dtd and some cute wedding frames & figures. most of the park hotels sell acouple wedding items like bobbleheads but not the ears in their gift shop/general store.

you can definitely find the ears in the World of Disney store in DTD. umm... i think my ears cost $20 but i can't remember. you can find the ears just about anywhere but your best bet is the World of Disney store.

You can get the ears just about anywhere now!!
I got back last week and they are in all the parks, aswell as dtd. I should know I tried them on in just about every shop we went into. (just practising) LOL. I even made DF try his on aswell.
The band ear's (these are the ones I want) are $16 + tax. The hat style ears I think were $12.
I would wait until you get there. You wont have no problem getting them, plus you don't have to pay no postage cost's.

The headband ears with the veil is $16 I just got back a week ago the other old style minnie mouse hat with plastic ears is $12. However the hat one is very hard to keep on plus, the headband is easier, nicer and doesn't mess up your hair. My DH didn't want to wear the top hat ( a hair thing) but we ordered Custom Disney tees from Zazzle.com. You can pick any Disney Character and you can only pick names from a long list but they have "bride" as a name, they also have others for the entire wedding party! A great gift!! Good Luck!!

thanks for the help guys, i think i'll wait til we get there before we buy them. think i'll go for the head band type ones, not so keen on the hats.
(ps has anyone got any photos of the headband ones?)

One thing to note about the headband ears is that they are different than the regular Mickey ears...they are made with sequins. So if you want your names painted on the ears it really can't be done with the headband. I had our names and wedding date painted on the ears at the Christmas store at DTD and it turned out great! We also got Mickey and Minnie bride and groom pins to put on the hats as well.

We got ours in the gift shop in the GF. So if you can't find them anywhere else, they should be there since that is closest to the wedding pavilion!
