Mickey, Walt and Winnie...Here I come!

Nothing particular really, other than what I mentioned above. I guess I don't like sitting right along the gate area/fence because I felt like an animal in the zoo being observed by the passers-by a time or two. Nothing that caused any problem.
Wow a hundred visits and no CC eats? Definitely give it a try. Its just good food, service has always been good, and the price is right for DLR standards. I particularly like their breakfast. If not breakfast, I will have one of their salads. I like both of them. Hubby likes their meatloaf.

I was just wondering if there was something I need to know. I've been to DL a hundred times and have never eaten at Carnation Café. I've determined that I will eat there on my next trip, so fishing for information. :-)
We prefer to eat inside for the A/C!

I've been thinking about Monday, my 2nd park day, and it might go something like this. I will head across the street about a half hour after gate opening. I'll take a left and go to DCA and start my day at Flo's having some bacon and eggs while gazing at the beautiful Radiator Springs from a table outside.

After taking my time having breakfast, I'll go right to RSR and go single rider. Since this is my favorite ride in DCA, most likely I'll get in line again for an encore. After walking through the shops and taking in all the coolness that is RSR I'll head out through the rock tunnel and go toward Paradise Pier. Probably ride Screamin' and Toy Story then go up toward Mermaid and take a spin under the sea. Then another left and go past Grizzly river run on to Soarin' for a ride around the world, another favorite.
Then I'll probably go to Hollywood Land and take a ride on Monster's. This is such a cute ride and I love the queue. I'll try and time things so I can see Frozen, but if I miss it, no big deal. I still HATE that Aladdin is no longer there. I wish Disney could have kept Aladdin and shared performances with Frozen. I know it was too costly, but still I miss Aladdin a lot! It was such an excellent show.
I'll skip GoG. was never a fan of ToT either. Although I did love the queue. I'm thinking Wine Country Trattoria for a sit down. Another fun place to dine and people watch. We ask for a table over the walkway here. Just a nice view looking toward Pacific Wharf and Carsland.
If there is still a lot of time before close, I'll go across and maybe ride the train or walk through the shops. Sounds like a plan for Day #2.

I am waiting for the entertainment schedule for mid-October. I will probably watch the parade in DL one day and also Fantasmic! I guess it will be on only on the weekends, so I'll have to catch it Sunday or Friday.

Minniegirl, be sure and call the hotel a few days before your arrival and request a newly renovated room. They might be all done by them, but just in case they're not, you can request one.
During our last stay, the room was awful. Wish I would have asked for an upgraded one ahead of time. But we spend so little time in the room that it wasn't a major deal.
We have stayed at this place for most of our visits and usually its just fine. I'm looking forward to checking out the new lounge area. It looks cool.
Thank you for the suggestion, I will do for sure!!
