Mickey Tie's for Boy's shirt

Wondering if there are any designs out there of Mickey's shirt and shorts in a tie template? I am hoping to make my DS a shirt to wear on the day his sisters wear their Minnie outfits.

I am looking for a tie design with a black top and red bottom with two little yellow ovals. Similar to the "I" in the disney junior logo.
