Mickey phone call on Christmas morning

Anyone know if I can get the Mickey phone call on Christmas? I know they did it last year but I cant find anything about it this year.

I saw on WDW website that If you book a package for 2008, mickey will call on Christmas for free.

Very fun! Our DD will be so excited to get Mickey's call on Christmas morning! One quick question, is it only for reservations in 2008? The reason I ask is because we are coming down Dec. 27-Jan.4. We have two different reservations made because of the price change after Jan.1. It would not allow me to set up the call for the reservation from Dec. 27-Jan. 1 but it did allow the one for Jan.1-Jan.4. I guess it is more curiosity if anything and wanting to make sure my first reservation is ok. I do have hard copies of all our reservations so I am not to concerned but I would thought I would just check.

i looked but it says the reservation had to be booked between 11/23 and 12/23 to be valid for the call? it rejected both of my reservations for next summer.

If you call they will set it up for you. I booked my trip before Nov 23rd and they manually got it set up for me. I am so excited. We celebrate Hanukkah and Xmas and tonight for hanukkah , my DD (4) got cinderella PJ Pals and she was so excited, I can't wait to see her face when we tell her she gets to meet Cinderella. We are having Mickey call and doing a small scavenger hunt xmas morning

I had to book our reservations thru Orbitz because there was nothing available thru Disney, but we will be there 12-27 thru 1-3. Do you know if it had to be thru Disney reservations?

it doesn't seem right that only reservations made after nov 23rd included. We had ours beginning of Nov. Has anyone tried filling it out successfully?

Do you know who manually set this up for you? Out TA said we are out of luck because it was before the 23rd.

I booked my trip during the summer, but just paid it off (we're going end of JAN), and I was able to book the phone call via that website.

I just called the main disney line and they did it for me, not sure who I spoke to

Thank you everyone, I think everyone can schedule the call no matter when your reservation is. We did our phone call last year and didnt have any issues...no matter when we booked.

We had the call last year as well, but i don't think there was a time limit. I beleive as long as you booked a trip before Christmas you could set it up. I am unable to set up the call but maybe i should call them myself.

Thanks for he tip! i scheduled my call. My DD is going to flip out. She is so excited. Peopl keep asking her if she is excited for Christmas. She says, yes becuase i'm going to Michey's house after Christmas. hehe

First off, we got the call much later then expected. We arranged it for morning but did not get the call til around 5pm.
A woman's voice comes on saying something in the way of "gather your family around for a very important message for Mickey Mouse" then you have about 1 min to get everyone together, and then press 2, she tells you what to do. Mickey comes on and says "hope you are having a great xmas, and etc... Then says i just heard the great news, i hear you are coming to see me in Disneyworld soon...etcc.... " Can't remember the rest. Make sure you switch to speaker phone if you want everyone to be able to hear it.

I was also able to call the phone # back to rehear the message later, My DD7 was in shock and really did not listen to the whole thing. There is a 1-800 number on the display and i dialed it back and it worked. So at the end of the day i let my DD listen again. Not sure if it will work again but it is worth a shot.

Just be prepared for the call not being on time. So if you are planning to be somewhere else the the phone # you gave, you might need to change it.
Enjoy for those who were able to arrange it. We could not because we booked before the deadline..
