We had one of the large Mickey head rice krispie treats and they are so good! It took us about week to eat it all.

I've never seen the large mickey rice crispy cakes...they look yummy. Can't wait to have a bit of one with a coffee.
I see they have the different dipped apples in the picture too....do they still sell the apples dipped in caramel at the MK ?

My DD (13) had a carmel apple in April--she had gotten her braces off the day before we went to WDW. She declared the carmel apple to be the best she had ever eaten! We both loved the rice krispie treats and brought some of those home--to continue the magic of course.

bob6sims-I was at MK 2 weeks ago, and I did see the caramel apples. We didn't eat one, because we had just finished ice cream. But, I had to stop and look.

DH loves to buy the large Mickey head treats. They come with no topping, partly topped with chocolate, and entirely covered with chocolate. And the chocolate are not much more in cost than the plain. Maybe a $1 or so. They are a good buy when considering how much the large individual treats cost. (We can easily spend more in the French bakery on 2 - 3 desserts than what a large Mickey head crispie treat costs.)
I only recall seeing them in the MK candy store. Seems like there was one other place, but I can't recall where. I am sure it was not in DTD.

I so agree! I was REALLY disappointed with the taste -- but they are to-die-for on the cuteness scale!!!

FYI

You can get mickey rice crispy treats as your dessert option with a CS credit at Toy Story Pizza Planet at MGM. They are not as big as the ones pictured, but DH and I thought they were very yummy.
