Are these sold only during MNSSHP! What time do they come out - 4:00 or 7:00?

Also is the Studios selling these? In the past years they sold Mickey Mouse vampire bucket

I'm not 100% sure but I believe they are indeed only sold during the party, I'd imagine out at 4pm and either anyone can purchase or only those with a wristband. They've been selling out quickly.

I haven't heard of anywhere but MK selling them. However towards the end of the parties if there's still a bunch I could see them selling elsewhere
