Is the Mickey Mouse Penthouse at the Disneyland Hotel just for the year of a million dreams or can the average joe rent it and how much????? Just very curious, that is my dream room.........

fyi - the mods will probably move this post to the DL thread, this thread is just for WDW resorts.

From what I have read, the MM penthouse is available for a price (don't know what that is, but it is pricey) and I am pretty sure it is at the DL hotel to stay (not just for YOMD). I can't imagine them doing that type of refurbishment for one year only.

well, currently, its been used for the million dreams. One family is picked everyday to stay there for free. I dont think you can book a room for it. Many there are some other Penthouse to book.

The DL hotel does at times do suites major ones for set themes then will pull them. A friend of mine went when they had the Princess Diaries room. She was told it was for a limited time and people were already waiting for it. It was VERY pricey from what she recalls around 1000 a night if not more. I remember for sure it was NOT under 800. She said the CM told her she was not sure when they would pull it but it would be pulled.
