Mickey Mouse B-day Party Ideas for 2 year old

I am trying to plan my son's 2nd birthday party. And since we are going to Disney next Feb. I thought I would throw him a Mickey themed birthday party. His birthday is in July, so we are most likely gonna have it at a pool at the rec center. Does anyone have any ideas on decorations, favors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would love to hear anyones Mickey themed birthday party you have done.

we just returned home and my kids missed the mickey treats so easy to make! we sold them at the bake fair rice crispy treats and a mickey cookie cutter put a popscicle stick in it the kids love it

I noticed yesterday that in the bakery section of Super Walmart, they have Mickey head shaped cookies with red sprinkles on them. They were prepackaged with a dozen cookies in each package. I think they might have been on sale for 2 packages for $5.00 or something.

OUr ds's 1st bday party is next week ... also based on Mickey. I made th invites and they were super easy. I will try to scan them later to seee if I can post a picture of them.

I was thinking of doing the rice krispie things ... they looked so great at WDW last week and would be easy to make! My mom is baking a "castle" cake ... boy themed instead of princess. Also, she is making a small cake )3 round circles) for Connor to eat/mess up!

My little 2 yr old DS just had a Mickey party too! Wal-Mart also has Mickey Mouse birthday party ice cream! And cheese shaped liked Mickey heads! And we also bought all Mickey decor at our Party City. Our cake I found at www.cakes.com (I think that's right) It was soooo cute! I'll definitely use this service again to try and find the kind of cake I'm looking for. Ours had Mickey and Minnie riding a motorcycle, it was decorated beautifully! Happy birthday to your little one! Have fun!
Walmart also is supposed to have Mickey candy, although I haven't found that yet. Could be good party favors!

when my daughter turned 2 we hada mickey party and I found a mickey pinata that was precious. Also, used mickey pencils in the gift bags.
