We activated PAPs in February. Should we be getting one? When?

We didn't get one for a long time -- so I called and asked about it. Then, I got 1, and no more for months, so I called again.

After that, I got them regularly -- but 3 or 4 at a time!

Not sure why, but maybe you need to remind them.

I just got mine yesterday, I would give it another week or so before you call.

It's strange that some people don't get them, I've had an AP since 1998 and have never missed one. I wonder if they make mistakes when entering the addresses.
