I just got a welcome card from Mickey Mom's Club with a car magnet in it. Not sure what I did to get it unless it from applying for the WDW mom's panel.

Yep, that's it...if you applied to be on the panel, you are in the club. I would assume they have a new opening every year, it just started last year...this is the second year.
