When is the Mickey Mail supposed to come? Do you still get it if you book through AAA?

Went to travel agent today and picked up the Magic express booklet and Me luggage tag but that was it NO special luggage tag or any of the other stuff. I know for sure that I've booked a package as I paid for 10 days of tickets as well Only clue is that travel agent has note that I pick up travel package at front desk on check in . Anyone have any ideas what's up
