Mickey head & Wonder Request

Hello

I am hoping that some of the wonderfully creative people out there will be able to create the immage I am seeing in my head.

The image is a Mickey head with Alaska written in one ear and the date Aug. 16-23 2011 in the other. In the face part of the head is a picture of the Wonder.

I am wanting to put this in a bottle cap. (I know how to shrink the image to get it to the right size, I think.)

Any suggestions of where to look / images would be great.
