Mickey head with Lady and the Tramp

Is there a thread with a DISigner that makes this or something with Lady and the Tramp. I'm doing a "Movie Theater" birthday party for my daughters 7th birthday and she has asked for Lady and the Tramp. I thought it would be nice to make all of the girls a T-shirt with a matching hair bow instead of a goody bag. We call it a Thank you gift and I have my daughter pass them out before she opens her presents and she Thanks each girl for coming. Anyhow I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. : Thank you!

THank you so MUCH!!! You are awesome!!! I am so excited! My husband works at a Retail Store and he was able to get us the Lady and the Tramp card board cut outs to advertise Lady and the Tramp! I'm going to use them to decorate the "concession stand"!! And we got a movie poster!! It's going to be so cute!!! Luckily they're Kindergarteners so they will still like this kind of party! Thanks again!!
