If I remember correctly from last year, not all of the trick or treating spots were on the map.

Yes those are the pumpkins. They are the same as last year. It looks like they have added a treat trail on Main Street.

There are 10 on the map. Last year most all were treat trails, with multiple candy stations. We'll see soon if that's the case again this year.

There were villains (Jafar, Lady Tremaine, Cruella, Facilier) around the entrance hub (below Train Station, facing onto Main Street) before the second Cavalcade.

There were villains (Jafar, Lady Tremaine, Cruella, Facilier) around the entrance hub (below Train Station, facing onto Main Street) before the second Cavalcade.

The villains noted above swapped out about every 45 minutes. They changed to Millificent, the evil queen and a villain I didn't recognize. Cinderella's stepsisters also came out while we were there.

When I saw them, there were all individual meet and greets, so you would have to get into three lines.

Same for us. We didn't make our way up there until after the fireworks. Little to no wait before/after second parade.
