Mickey Ears!!!! (?)

but i would really like to order some mickey ears for my four kids to have BEFORE the trip.

is there anywhere i can order them online? or call somewhere?
i heard you can get them delivered to your room, that would be great too.

Disney store online has a bunch. Depending on when you are going, subscribe to disneystore.com email updates, and they may offer a special promotion. I got my two ear hats with free personalization and free shipping. However, the best selection is at one of the shops on Mainstreet USA (one of the last stores on the right I believe). The selection is huge.

In October we did the Minnie ear headbands for all the girls (including myself and my mom). We wore them on the plane on the way down. We got ours from Disney Store online, and they were affordable and fast.
