Mickey Ears

My kids will be 4 and 18 months on our trip in April. I want to have mickey ears in the arrival basket I am having made. I assume the youth will fit my 4 year old just fine but will they fit my 18 month old well? I saw there are "my first ears" and wonder if these are smaller than youth sized ears?

I'm not sure what size the my first ears are, but I do know that they make ears smaller than youth sized. At least, I saw some while I was there in May. The looked like they would fit a baby. I was thinking of getting them for my baby nephew. Depending on the size of your 18 month old, the youth might fit. Maybe someone here has a pair they could measure for you.

ETA: I just measured my daughters Youth size ears and they are 20" around. I will see if I have a pair of the smaller ones around here somewhere too.
