Mickey Ears & Autograph Book Delivered to Resort??!!

2 years ago when I booked my first WDW trip on their website, I receive an email a few weeks later offering the opportunity to purchase some items and have them waiting for us upon arrival in our room. I ordered an autograph book w/pen, mickey ears, battery operated fans and a bunch of snacks. Well, there they were...in our room after we checked in! How fabulous. Well, last year, I booked our 2nd vacation on the website, but never got that email...so no preorder of stuff. I remember doing a kind of a plain generic search on the website looking for links, but no luck. Does this service still exist? Not the Disney florist, I saw that on the Disney Moms Panel. Help please!

did you check out www.peggyssweetsandmore.com ? It won't be waiting in your room at check in but you can have it given at check in or delivered to your room right after

disney florist still exists... and offers great baskets and gifts... but i think the OP is saying she is not interested in the disney florist offerings, but another service that appears to no longer be offered (??)

Great idea to put together my own basket and ship it tot he resort prior to leaving for the vaca. I could probably find some great dicounted stuff at the disney store at the mall or on line. Kinda defeats the fun of shopping at WDW though. But nice to have my DD have a special surprise waiting for her in her room! If we go at Christmas, as planned, I am hoping to do one of those small Disney Christmas Trees that you see at Toys-R-Us during the holidays. Is that do-able!? If so...how!? Ship I guess!? Can't you have that set up in your room prior to arrival?

There is nothing that can be in your room, waiting for you. The problem is that it isn't your room until you are handed the room key. Yes, rooms are blocked off, but room assignments can, and do, change. So....you can have something sent to the resort. They can hold it for you and present it to the person upon checkin, or they will wait until you have gotten to your room.
I took my 31 y/o dd to WDW for her time ever in Jan. We stayed at POP. I ordered a box from peggysweetsandmore....I got a refill mug, an autograph book, pen, princess ears with dd's name, a stuffed animal (Lumpy) and a mug with Grumpy on it. We got into our room right at checkin (noon) and within about 20 mins there was a knock on the door...it was dd's gift box.
