Hello, I've never posted on this forum before and I'm not sure if it should go here or Creative DISigns but I thought I'd start here.

We are taking my DS5 to WDW for the first time in Oct. I've been gradually buying and making stuff for him and his DS12 for their Magical Greeting boxes but I'm coming up short on something for him. I have a Jack Skeleton Hat for DS12 but no hat yet for DS5. However he inherited my thick curly hair so while he likes to wear hats to keep the sun out of his eyes (along with sunglasses) his head gets too hot. So I thought about getting him a visor and thought up a cute one.

I thought about buying a basic black visor and then somehow attaching Mickey Ears to the sides for him. However I'm not sure what kind of materials to use for the ears to make them stand up well.

Can someone help?

I would use the craft foam sheets, it will be able to hold itself up and water will not effect it. I know they have different patterns and you might be able to get red or pink polka dots and make Minnie Mouse.

I used the craft foam to make a minnie mouse headband for my DD's halloween costume last year. They have held up great.
I bought a basic black headband and attached the ears, that I cut from craft foam, with hot glue. They are still holding up through all of her playing.
