Mickey ear hat in parks vs Online

im thinking this year our family needs Mickey ears! I know you can buy them in the parks, but they are also online through the Disney store. Are they the same product? I've read reviews online from the Disney store that the hats seemed to be of a 'cheaper' quality than in the parks and the stiching was of poor quality. If they're the same I'll order them online to have before the trip, if not I'll just get them in the parks. Thanks!

don't know if there is a difference, but getting them at the parks is way more exciting

Not sure about the ears sold at TDS, but if you use the free app Shop Disney Parks you can order through the app and they will be the same thing sold in the parks.
