Well, you seem to be looking for Mickey. So, I would go with Chef Mickey's for breakfast....I like it better than dinner(used to have no pref but dinner sees to be going down a bit). Donald's Breakfastasaurus is a big favorite of ours. But, as mentioned before, character interaction is very slow, but good. We love Cape May for breakfast...Goofy, Minnie, CHip and Dale. Good food and a little more laid back than other spots.
I think one of our favorites is Crystal Palace. No Mickey but Pooh and friends. Good food and nice atmosphere. Even if a character isn't at your table, your child can see them around the restaurant.
We liked the old Garden Grill for dinner. But when it changed it's menu we stopped going. But, now that the menu has been changed back we will go again. It was a great character meal...more relaxed and seemed quieter than other spots. Hope this helps a bit.
