Mickey "almost guaranteed" at 'Ohana breakfast?

Hi everyone! We're traveling in April and want one Mickey breakfast. Chef Mickey's is all booked up. I've booked 'Ohana's but am now second guessing myself as the official page says the characters rotate and are subject to change. Have you ever known Mickey to *not* appear at this breakfast...? Everything I've read says Mickey and Pluto are the secondary characters...

Mickey will be there 99.999999999999 (repeating of course) percent of the time. Disney uses that wording to cover their behinds in case they have a bad situation where call ins and scheduling makes it impossible to cover the shift.

We have been twice. The first time Mickey was there with no problems, but this past December Mickey was very late. We were done with breakfast and ready to leave when he arrived. Some people left without seeing him. I'm sure that doesn't happen often though.
