Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party??? Worth it?

Hello experts,
Is Mickeys Christmas party at the Magic Kingdom worth it for two adults in their late 40’s? I loved MNSSHP years ago but the boyfriend has never been to Disney. We would choose between the Christmas party and an extra magic night at EPCOT during food and wine festival and are only there for 5 nights. I’d love your opinions!

I assume you are going in the Nov. 8th - 12th range as those are the only dates that MVMCP and F&W overlap. If that is the case, and you are looking at going to one of the first parties of the year, than go in knowing that those parties will likely be sold out and perhaps more crowded than you are accustomed to.
