Michelle's dress?

Am I the only one that thought is was UGLY? I thought at first it was just 'cause it was a far away pic of her on t.v. then I saw the upclose ones that Dan posted & GEEE it was ugly! And her hair was standing up when she first came out - I'm sure all the hugging she did someone messed it up - but you'd think their people could fix it for her....

I didn't hate it, but did find it distracting. It certainly drew your attention!

Last night on the news they showed it on the runway, and as thin as Michelle is, it looked different on the waif thin, stick figure model.

It wasn't a bad dress, but was probably meant for a more petite figure (not there's anything wrong with Michelle's figure at all!). I loved the colors but the red framed her midsection in a way that made her look 5-6 months pregnant. I read it was a Narcissco Rodriguez. If that's true, let's stop picking on Sarah for her expensive wardrobe.

Honestly, I don't care what Palin spent on her campaign wardrobe. I thought it was the stupidest subject to bring up in a campaign, with all the serious issues we have going on. OMG, Obama wears expensive ties! Cindy McCain has zillion dollar earrings! Who cares!

It wasn't the best look for Michelle's figure, but it's a nice dress--for waifs.

I think that it was an attempt to color coordinate the family. One child had a red dress, the other had the black dress. It was a good idea.....with a different red and black dress.
