I just read on another board that Micheal's will have a 50% off coupon in the Sunday paper tomorrow. I might have misread it, but it sounded like the coupon is good on Friday (Good Friday) only. So be on the lookout!

If I get the out-of-town paper where I live, there is no Michael's sale paper included with it. However, if I get the paper in the city where the Michael's is located (approx. 2 hrs. away), there is usually a sale paper. I've asked at the store for a copy of the sale paper recently and was told very snidely there were no papers there to hand out. A couple of years ago, they used to have them on a rack for customers to pick up as they went in the store. No more.........

So I'm out of luck for the sale paper unless I happen to be visiting out of town on Sunday morning. Is there some way to be placed on a mailing list for the sales paper or do they have something like that for those folks that live a distance from their stores?

I shouldn't be using one anyway, so I'll see if there's one in my paper & send it to you if it's there. Since it's for Friday, it should get to you in time if I send it today. We're going to the ILs today so I'll get out to the post office.

The 50% coupon is good Friday 8am-1pm only. Saturday 6pm-9pm only is a coupon for 30% off your entire regular priced purchase. Also some great prices on a few
scrapbook items for all times on Friday and Saturday. Photo boxes,decorarive scissors,
stickers,craft keepers for paper storage, 12x12 paper and 12x12 post bound scrapbook.
I didn't include the prices because they can differ from state to state. If anyone is interested, I can give you the prices from the Chicago area.
