Has anyone tried this? Just wondering is you had positive results. :confused3
 
There is another thread on this too.

Just so you know......it is VERY strict. Basically you eat 2-3 ounces of meat and a vegetable every few hours (5-6 mini meals a day). One meal you can have a yam or 1/2 cup of rice. That is basically the program.

I'm sure it will work fine, but what are you going to do after the 6 weeks are over?
 
Many people only need 6 weeks, but he says that it may take much, much longer for many.

There is a maintainance plan too.

All low fat, low carb.

I figured it was a start and then we'd move on from there.... Don't really have a plan.

I tried the program,but couldnt stick with it - the best part I found was their community message boards, and their recipes - esp the make ahead and freeze! I still use a few of those recipes... I wasnt successful with the exercise program, none of my doors could hold the resistant bands... I gave up, too easily...

I'm trying to forge ahead with eat less move more...
