Mic Mac MAll Disney Store

Is there a sale there at all? Anything good? The last time I went, there really wasn't anything much. It's my March break and I'm considering a drive over to Halifax (well, Dartmouth) just to get a little Disney fix, if it's worth it! It's around a 3.5 hour drive each way, and with the Bridge and the tolls.... I kind of need to know if there is at least some options!

hmmmm I haven't been there in a bit but my mother goes to MicMac weekly and she always tells me if there are good sales. I know the last time she was there the only thing that was a half decent deal was towels, and we have way too many beach towels.

I may go there tomorrow morning in between meetings and if I do, I'll let you know. I wouldn't get too excited though they never seem to have great deals! LOL

But with all the new stores/shops in Dartmouth Crossing, I'd make the trip if I were you

Thanks! I just really need a Disney fix! There doesn't need to be too many deals for me to enjoy myself, although it helps, but there needs to be something in the store!

I go to the Disney Store a couple times a week. There is a full stock. No super sales. Kids T shirts 3 for 25. Some summer stuff is 25% off. ut it is still Disney and always gets us excited.

Im from Moncton, was there 2 weekends ago. (Since we dont have our Dis Store any more )
They had a rack of tshirts for 6.99. I got out dd 3 a Bolt tshirt and ds 4 a Buzz tshirt.
There is a back corner with sale stuff. Bowls and stuffies. Got a Darby plush doll for like 3.99 or something.
Oh I also got a Tinker Bell Christmas ornnament for 1.99. It was at the cash and come to find out fiber optic. It's so pretty, I wish I would have gotten a cpl more!!!
We also went to Dartmouth Crossing. What a beautiful area!!!We mainly went to Cotton Ginny, and I went into the TOmmy Hilfiger Outlet store. HOwever I found it to be pretty much just like our Tommy store here in Moncton. But what a cute area.
We had a meal at Hooters too! Deep fried pickles are to die for. Brought my mother there as a surprise (something new) for her 51st bday. lol!

I didn't realize there was no Disney Store in Moncton anymore!! That explains why so many people drove down yesterday and bought up all the Disney World Tickets!!! I was able to buy 1 adults and 2 child - but I need another 7 day adult ticket!!!

I'm so glad I saw this info on here - I was booked as a package and was paying 985 US for 4 base tickets (10 days). Now that the exchange rate is up to 30% thats a big savings. Plus Disney reduced their room rates, so we're paying a tad bit more for everything but instead of staying at CBR-Pirate room and squishing 3 kids (one is under 2) in a double pirate bed, we're staying at the AKL with 2 queens.

i went in on thursday adn foudn some phenomenal buys! i got 2 bday gifts and an xmas gift! i got a shirt for dd for 7 bucks and a pr of pjs for 8. plus i snagged a little figure set for both kids at 2/25. they had lsot of shirts and the such marked down but nothing else that caught my eye....

Thanks everyone for your input! I've decided to stay home and save for my trips to the real World this summer! I normally don't do much shopping at DisneyWorld, but this summer, I'm hoping to find lots of souvies!

So I figure if I save the $100 or so I would have spent on the bridge and the gas, that's $100 for Disney World!

I was wondering, anyone know when the Buskers are this summer? We were thinking about NOT going to NH this summer and staying around our area(s) and do some day trips. Would love to go to the Buskers! (and the DIsney Store )
