Miami Port opening time

We are sailing concierge out of Miami and have the earliest port arrival time of 11. However I know that whenever we have sailed out of Canaveral, the port actually opens up prior to that. Can anyone tell me what time the port has been opening up in Miami. We are traveling with lots of little kids so the sooner we can get them there and corralled in the waiting area before the crowds the better.

I've found that the earliest Port Arrival Time shown during the online check in process is the time the terminal actually opens. And does vary from port to port. Anywhere from 10:00 to 11:30.

Now, boarding is typically reported as starting at 1:00 or later in most ports, but actually begins earlier (around 11:30-12:00).

If, during your online check in, they told you to be there at 11:00, I'd say that's the earliest time.

Sailed twice out of Miami. On both occasions the doors opened at 11.
