Miami Flight Question

Hi All,

We are taking a 7 night Eastern Caribbean cruise in December and are about to book our tickets. Reasonably speaking, what is the earliest we could make it to the airport and through TSA? I don't want to book a flight too early and miss it, but our options West Bound are pretty limited (we're in Oregon).

Not sure of the question. You would not deal with TSA when you land in Miami. Are you talking about departing from Miami?

In November of 2015, we had a 9:55am flight on AA, out of MIA, and we got to our gate about an hour and 10 minutes before our flight left.
We were eating breakfast in one of the main dining rooms, when they made the announcement that the ship was cleared, and you could disembark the ship.
We finished breakfast, and checked in to our flight, using the American Airline app on our phone, and about 10 minutes later, we left the ship, grabbed our luggage in the terminal, and grabbed a taxi out front. (nothing pre-arranged) As I said, we were thru security, and at our gate about an hour and 10 minutes before our flight......jonathan
