We are flying out of MHT on 2/18 and we are considering staying in Manchester the night before. Does anyone have any suggestions for an inexpensive hotel that has a park and fly program?
Thanks.

We stayed at The Highlander Inn before our flight couple of years ago and thought it was great. It was very close to the hotel and the shuttle ran on demand. I want to say that with parking for a week we paid somewhere around $150.

I just posted a thread asking about the Comfort Inn in Manchester. We'll be staying the night before our flight and the cost of the room was about $70. They give you breakfast in the am and free airport shuttle and the amazing part was:

you could park the car there for the week for FREE and they'll pick you up when you return!

Doesn't it sound too good to be true? That's why I was hoping for some feedback. I might drive over there just to check it out and put my mind at ease.

Wow...I just paid $84 to park at the Highlander Inn for 12 days!! I should have rented a room at the Comfort Inn instead!!

The Tage Inn is near the airport and offers park/fly. I don't know what the regular rates are but we recently got a room for $50 (including all taxes/fees) on Priceline (we didn't need to park so I didn't ask about that with Priceline rate).

Is that the hotel across from McDonalds? If so it is now the Holiday Inn in case anyone is trying to make reservations there.

Thanks for all the responses. Maps, I am so glad you posted. I am most likely going to book the Comfort Inn. It says right on their site that the parking is free until May 16, 2006. I am hoping it is not too good to be true. There was one review on tripadvisor and it was good. I wish there had been more.

No problem. I knew there was only the one report on tripadvisor and I have been scouring every site I can to find more. There were 2 others on expedia that were also positive. I live about an hour away so I may take a ride over one day to check it out. Our flight leaves early on a Sat and with the weather lately I figured it would be a good idea to be close by the airport.

We did a park & fly at the Tage Inn last year and I remember them saying it was going to become a Holiday Inn.

Well, I booked the Comfort Inn. I called them first. They said they are running a stay, park and fly promotion and that it was in fact free to park for up to 14 days. The airport shuttle is free. The continental breakfast has things like bagels, cereal, muffins, toast, coffee and juice. We got a rate of $72 which was a AAA rate. We were excited because they are also going to put a cot in the room for free. I felt like this was a good deal. We had planned to just drive to the airport the day of our flight and we were going to pay the $8/day for parking, but now for $16 + tax more, we get to stay overnight.
