MHP what to eat?

I have seen that most restaurants are closed during the MHP. Are quick service or counter service places open? Seems all the special items I see are sweets. I am concerned that we may need some actual good at some point (I get hangry when I don't eat). Wondering if places like Bengal bbq or anything like that are open?

When in doubt, if you don't see something or can't find something in the Halloween Time at DLR Superthread, post the question there, as I can probably track it down and direct you right to it.

Last year we had ADR at CO for 4:30 with a party start time of 7. It worked out great to get a yummy filling meal and not waste precious party time to sit and eat.

Take it from someone who bought and ate literally 50 lbs of Halloween candy one year: Candy is like liquor, you can shovel down a lot more of it without getting sick if you've got real food in your belly first Also your tolerance for candy wanes as you age. Candy-coma is a real kick in the pants lol.

OP, If I were you I'd get a meal beforehand or bring in a decent snack. Since it's a limited-time event and there are only so many places open to eat, you might find you'd be better off spending your time riding rides and enjoying the party than waiting for food.

LOL! You know it's bad when you hear little kids in the TOT lines late at the party asking the CMs on their own for apples and carrots because they're really hungry and full of candy!
