MGM swap CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here we go,


This will be the 3rd park in our 4 park series. Anyone can join the fun. This swap is for MGM Studios so please keep all items related to the park. Also to keep us from getting 8 sorcerer hats back I am going to limit this one icon to one per group. If you have your heart set on doing something hat related please post this so I can mark it down.

This swap is due in my hands by January 6th 2003. This should allow plenty of time to get your items made and shipped after the holiday mail rush.

I will set up 2 groups of 9 so there is plenty of room for everyone. This swap is a make 9 get 9 back.



Please choose from one of the elements bellow and post your choice so I can update the groups.


Topper/Title- 1 per person, no wider than 8.5 inches, must be matted. Computer generated lettering is fine, or can use die-cut or hand-cut letters.
Paper Piecing- 1 per person, detailed with pen, chalk, embellishments etc. Any size within reason is fine.
Borders- 2 matching per person, should be 11 or 12 inches long. If it is 12 inches long, should be able to cut to 11 inches. Matted at least once.
Squares (Deco or Serendipity) - 4 per person, matted once, at least 1.5" X 1.5", and embellished.
Tags - 2 per person, no smaller than 1.5x3 inches, embellished, should include either fibers and/or eyelets in the holes.
Shaker Box – 1 per person, should be at least 3x3.
Quote or Poem or Journal Box- Matted once and Embellished
Matted and embellished frames-2 per person to fit 4x6 photo

I'm sorry, I'm new here, and I don't have any idea what you are talking about. I would like to get involved with other people working on Disney albums, but not sure how. Would you mind explaining from the beginning what this involves doing? I'm really interested!

Lyndarella- You sign up to make 9 identical items (toppers, borders etc...) that are MGM themed. You mail them to me and in return you get yours plus 8 other wonderful gooodies to use on your MGM pages. Does this make sense? In not just let me know and I can try to be more clear

Hi I didn't put what Paper Piecing. I am doing the Sorcer's hat. I bought the neatest paper! I started today! Hope to finish in a few days and have it sent off next week! I don't want to wait with the holidays.....
If you want I can do either nuggets or journaling squares for the second group

Be on the look out for my stuff! I mailed it today! Hope everyone likes it I tried using different stuff. I love the paper I got for the hat, it is swade (how ever you spell it!) and I used glitter on my squares! This is first for me! To use anything other than paper, punchies stickers and die cuts. Must say using glitter was fun! I may have to use that a little more!
