I have a few questions about MGM -

What happens in the Backlot Tour that would make it restricted for pregnant women? Is it worse than KS in AK?

Can you enter HISTK playground from the Muppets side and the Backlot Tour side or only one?

My husband really likes Drew Carey, but Sounds Dangerous does not seem to have anything to do with him. If we have time, should I keep that on my list of things to do?

Dont know about the playground..but..the backlot tour is being refurbished for a new attraction TBA...i.e. they have demolished the "golden girls" house..etc

My guess on the Backlot tour is when you get to Catastrophe Canyon. This can be bumpy and jarring. Disney probably doesn't want to be liable but I didn't think it was that bad.

HISTK playground only has one entrance. It is closer to the Backlot tour entrance. The exit for the playground is right next to the entrance as well.

Sounds Dangerous is something neat to go to but I wouldn't "see" it everytime though.

I don't think the incident during Backlot is a big deal, but they are putting the warning on to be safe, I'm sure. I don't want to go into details as not to ruin it. The backlot tour is pretty cool right now because you can see them practicing for the stunt show pretty well from the tour.

Drew Carey is the main character in Sounds Dangerous, though you only "see" him for a couple of minutes. You hear him through the whole attraction, though. We are not big fans of that attraction at all.

The only thing I can think of on the Backlot Tour is catastrophe canyon which is a mild effect that shakes the tram and you may or may not get sprayed with some water.

There is only one entrance to HISTK. It is located next to Studio Catering Co. and can be accessed either from taking a "right" out of Backlot Tour or by taking a "left" from New York Street.

Sounds Dangerous stars Drew Carrey. He's the main character in the film and I'm sure he'd enjoy it.
