MGM November Hours Question

I am wondering if anyone can shed some light for me on this. I was just verifying that my schedule that I made for our trip November 24th - December 2nd, and I noticed that the hours changed for MGM. On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (the 24th-26th), they were 9am - 8:30pm, with Fantasmic being at 7 & 8:30. Now, they hours are 9am - 8pm, with Fantasmic still being at 7 & 8:30. Would it be right that Fantasmic starts 30 mintues AFTER the park closes? I just want to make sure that I have all the right hours, and this is confusing me!

YES.

Since most folks go to find seats in the Fantasmic! theater very EARLY... its simply not a problem that the show starts 30 minutes after posted closing.
They don't "throw you out" of any of the parks at "closing" anyway.

And at MGM, even though the closing time may be posted at 8pm... the Osborne Lights (well inside the park) are generally open to guests after most Fantasmic! shows are over.
