MGM has new rental strollers, also no more dollar back when you return?

We were down at Disney yesterday and MGM had brand new blue rental strollers much nicer then the old ones. They have a nice size basket under the seat and a better turn radias.

Side note when we returning our stroller at Epcot last night they told us they discontinued the Disney dollar back upon return. Has this happened to anyone else? I think it stinks they're doing that, if it's true.
