MGM counter service questions

Hi,

Are any of the MGM counter service restaurants open through the dinner hour? If not, how late are they open in the afternoon?

The only counter serve resturaunt where I've tried to eat at for dinner (and yes, it was open) was ABC Commissary. I've also gotten cookies at the Writer's Stop about 10 minutes before MGM closed.

I know that Pizza Planet is open for dinner in the summer, but on one trip they closed right after we got there. I was thinking it was around 7 or 8 p.m.

We got a park guide, and it listed different places that were open late on different evenings. One day we had dinner at Backlot Express, another day it was at ABC Commisary.

the one next to indiana jones and star tours is open for dinner. i'm not sure of the name maybe it could be the backlot express. its burgers and chicken but good still.
