Is it possible for you to do all of MGM and AK in one day without the use of the EMH?

I don't want to be rushed, but I want to fit in as much as possible. I have 4 days to do all the parks and Downtown disney. This definitly is not my first time to WDW, so there are some attractions that I can skip. Has anyone done this successfully, without running around like a chicken with your head cut off?

I am leaving next tuesday, Feb. 8th, and returning Saturday night. We are driving there and back so Tuesday will be spent driving, settling in to the hotel (Grovesnor Hotel) and going to Disney Quest.

I don't think it's possible to do any ALL of any of the Parks in one day, much less ALL of two.

You could certainly hit the highlights of AK & MGM in one day.

To do ALL of the parks you choose would be difficult but if you pick your favorite attractions you should be able to do it. Heck, we've found ourselves doing our favorite stuff in MGM in the morning, heading over the AK in the afternoon and then ended up at Epcot in the evening. Busy busy busy but it worked quite well!

Good luck!

We don't usually spend more than 1/2 day in AK. We do the stuff we want to do and then leave. If you did AK on an EE morning and then switched over to MGM mid-day you might be able to get done the things that are important to you. I have found that some thinks just aren't our cup of tea so after we try it once, we don't have to do it again. And there is a lot of that at both those parks. And since you say you've been before, this might be the case for you also. But, I would finish the day at MGM so that I could do Fantasmic.

Oops, sorry... forgot you said no EE (emh). I still think you could to it but it would be rushed.

There's a touring plan in the Unofficial Guide for exactly this scenario.

You can do it and still have time to swim at your resort. Hit either park right away in the morning. And use fastpass as needed, and you can do AK in three hours, four max. Then a couple of hours rest and hit mgm by two or three, and you can see most of what you want. Take in fantasmic and it makes for an awesome(but tiring) day. good luck and go for it

We've done it that way in the past, and are getting ready to do it again (AK/MGM/AK).

Last time, we went to AK for an early breakfast before the park opened, then at the rope drop, went and wasted some time at Guest Services (regarding a very rude CM), fast passed KS, rode Dinosaur twice (w/kid swap), walked around a bit in the shops, attemped Festival of the Lion King (didn't make it), stopped by the child care center, visited the Boneyard, and Triceratop Spin, and then called it a day and hopped over to MGM.

I think as long as you figure out what your must-sees are at each park and try to use Fast pass as much as you can, you will be able to get everything you want in.
