Hi have never been to universal yet and we are going for a concert during Mardi season How early do we need to go line up for the concert ( the wanted) and does everything close before the concerts? thanks

They will probably bring a decent crowd that night so I would suggest getting to the park no later than 6:30pm or so...maybe earlier. If you want to be very near the stage, 5pm might be better. The park will close at 8pm so everything will close then...with the exception of a few restaurants and stores.

we are planning to be there all day to use are tickets! where are the concerts located at? which park? Im trying to do a little ride research to plan whats must do and what to skip thanks

The concerts are at Universal Studios, next to Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit at the Music Plaza stage. It's right in between Rockit and Twister. You'll see barricades set up beforehand.

The Wanted is pretty huge with the tweens right now, one of the two biggest bands announced so far. If you want a good view, I'd say be there by late afternoon. Wouldn't be shocked if they even warrant a separate line.

We are lucky though, our Aussie tweens aren't that into Wanted so we don't have to hang around for the concert

We will watch the parade then head on out....maybe to mini golf or something!!
