I never get anything from DVC. No shiny book about the resorts, no offers, nothing.

Yet today my statement to pay my MF showed up in the mail.

I sure do wish they would send me something, anything, even a post card. I would love the annual resort book! Something to make me want to keep this DVC and be excited about Disney again.

You don't get the Vacation Planner? It really isn't about the resorts, just about the points required to book at specific times.

You can look at everything online. I would rather this as it help me MF's down. Although not the biggest expense all line items count.

They may not send everything to international or perhaps its an issue with your local post office. I would call and ask.

Anything tied to marketing is probably restricted due to timeshare selling laws in your country.

You should check your profile on the member website to verify your contact settings.

So you're going to sell your membership because you didn't get a postcard in the mail?

I could swear I posted a reply in this thread. I must have closed the window without hitting submit.

Check your profile on the member web site. There are options next to your mailing address, phone number, and email address indicating whether you authorize Disney to contact you via that method. Make sure mail and email are both set to yes.

If they are, as others have said, it may be a result of being overseas.
