MF late dues?

At what point does Disney put late fees (and at what rate) on their annual dues? I ordered my Disney Visa Reward Dollars card and am hoping to get it any day, but I don't know if it will be by the Jan 15th due date. Thanks in advance for any help!

According to the statement I received the dues are considered late if not paid by Feb 15, 2014.

I always pay my dues in Feb, as long as paid before the 15th they aren't late
