MF Fee for BLT online

I saw that the MF fees for BLT's partial year are online at the DVC member site and apparently were billed on 12/17/08. I haven't received a paper invoice. Does anyone know when those fees are due? Has anyone received a MF statement for BLT MF fees? Has anyone paid BLT MF fees online already?

Annual Dues for BLT will not be due until the later of the occupancy date of your unit or the first day of your UY. The first occupancy dates are 9/1/2009.

My paper invoice came yesterday (January 3) for BWV.

This is what we were told by our Guide as well. Annual Dues for BLT would not be due until September.
