INGREDIENTS:
Flour tortillas, 6 inch size
Olive oil and OO Pam
Cheese, grated
Veggies, chopped: purple onions, grated broccoli & carrots, green pepper

(I have even used a bag of broccoli slaw)

1. Spray grill with Olive Oil Pam.
2. Lightly spray tortillas with olive oil on outside (Pampered Chef oil

sprayer works well) Easier to spray before you fill.
3. Fold tortilla in half and fill with veggies and cheese
4. Place on grill and they flatten as they cook.

That sounds great and quick. Since we homeschool, I am always looking for different lunches that are quick. The same stuff gets boring. Thanks for the recipe.

my son in law who helps at home when my daughter is still working.....makes a batch of scrambled hamburg and adds the seasonings for tacos and burritoes.....then he mixes this really good and put them in a muffin tin and freezes them.....he takes them out and puts them in a big ziplock container .....when he is in a hurry and the kids want tacos or burritoes......he takes what they want and warms them up and voila....a fast and good meal served with a large tossed salad........hope this one helps too

Thank you so much for another great idea. That sounds really good and nice that they can be frozen and taken out as needed. I love those type of meals.
