I'm playing with the idea of a Mexican Rivera cruise on the Wonder. I have never been to Mexico, or even seen the Pacific Ocean. What can I expect on a Mexican Rivera cruise? How does it compare to the Bahamas/Caribbean? Is it worth flying to Cali and sailing to Mexico when there are so many closer options down in Florida? Want to get some thoughts first before doing a really deep dive.

We are doing one of these for the first time in February. A lot depends on your personal preferences and interests. You can look at port adventures on the DCL website to see what might interest you.

I was looking at doing a combined DL/Wonder cruise trip. There's a 4-day Mex Riv but it only has 1 stop... Cabo. I was surprised at the 4-days around here (FL) usually have at least 2 or 3.

It's a little over 28 hours cruising at full speed from SD to Cabo with the only other port being Ensenada and that is only 60 miles South. It would be a push to get both in over 4 days.
