Mexican & Italian Restaurants with PN/TN Allergies?

Has anyone had good or bad experiences at La Hacienda de San Angel (I realize it has just recently reopened), Tutto Italia or Via Napoli when dining with peanut and/or tree nut allergies? Somehow I got the impression awhile back that those restaurants weren't as good at dealing with food allergies, but I thought I'd check again since that has been several years ago. I have sent a note off to Special Diets, but I'd also appreciate hearing about some actual experiences.

I have only eaten at Tutto italia with my DS who has PA/TNA. They were Great no problems we have eaten there 3 times since they opened. We are doing it again in Nov.
I am worried about doing Mexican type foods with him. But there is alot of talk about where to eat with PA/TNA at this link http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2523631 Check it out it seems a few people have eaten there with no problems.
