I checked my flight for March and they have cancelled all the MetroJet flights and automatically put us another flight with US Air. I called and the woman at Us Air was wonderful, she worked in Dayton and her office is closing. She put us on very similar flights and it was very easy. The flights they had put us on were awful with 3 conections. Thumbs up to the Rep at US air.

I just had a similar experience with US Air last night. They cancelled our MetroJet flight out of BWI and put us on a US Air flight out of BWI, but connecting in Charlotte. They gave me no problem about switching to DCA on a direct flight.
