metal shapes

Need help... I am creative, well just a little and really love the metal shapes that the little shops sell that are decorated with letters, dots, ribbon..etc. My question is; where do they get them?!
I refuse to pay $50 for a metal bunny with a bit of ribbon and a sticker.
