I asked Cat a question on Myspace about the Kouzzina Menu and this is her reply:

Hi Tom,

Thanks for writing!
Kouzzina is a signature classic Greek restaurant, so traditional Greek classic cuisine - fresh produce, feta cheese, olive oils, olives, fresh herbs, tomatoes, fish, proteins, etc.

Disney is working on the website which may include the menu online, but think classic Greek fare - rich in heritage, but light and healthful for the most part.

Can't wait to see you there!

Officially September 17th but sounds like people are getting ADRs before that for a soft opening.

I don't understand how people are getting reservations. Are you calling? I tried online and thought if I tried to book Spoodles it would just switch over to Kouzzina, but it just tells me it's not available.

Did you have them try without the DDP? When my mom called a few days ago, that was the only way it was working.

I can't wait to try it. It's rare for me to eat GOOD Greek food since there aren't any good restaurants around that I know of

I do have a one that I love 550 miles away in SF though!

I'm so excited to try it!!!
