If you rented points out and your guest made a mess. DVC will bill the owner, but will they send you letter/bill to notify you that the suite had damage and they had to rectify the situation?
You would hope so but there was a post a couple of years ago where an owner was denied booking a reservation because of an unpaid damage bill.
Another time the renter had unpaid room charges that were billed to the owner. If I remember correctly the room charges were eventually billed to the renter.
